Let the affdavit of Commissioner of Police, Nashik City, Nashik, be placed on record dealing with the prayer (a) of the Petitioner as we are informed that the trial Court has already released the arrestee on bail.

The aforesaid order is passed keeping in view the prima facie satisfaction that the grounds of arrest as Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:

2024.09.30 13:10:26 +0530 contemplated under Article 22(1) of the Constitution of India is RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER not communicated and served on the arrestee.

Even otherwise, the Court on merit is also not satisfed with the very approach of the Investigating Offcer in the matter.
