State of Maharashtra, reported in AIR 1967 S.C. 1, and reaffirmed in the case of A.R. Antulay Vs. R.S. Naik & Anr., reported in (1988) 2 S.C.C. 602, he seeks leave to withdraw the Petition unconditionally. Leave granted.
