1) By this Petition, sent through jail, the Petitioner seeks that the sentences awarded to him by this Court vide Judgment and Order dated 27th January, 2015 be directed to run concurrently. 2) Vide Judgment and Order dated 27th January 2025, passed by this Court (Smt. V.K. Tahilramani & A.S. Gadkari, JJ) in Confirmation Case No.7 of 2013, this Court in clause-(iv) of the said Order directed that the sentence of 10 years rigorous imprisonment under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code shall run after serving the life sentence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

27. WP 3348-2024.doc 3) Considering the aforesaid, we are unable to grant the relief sought by the Petitioner, the Petition stands dismissed. 4) Needless to state, that the Petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum as may be maintainable in law.
