1) By this Petition, Petitioner has impugned Orders dated 27th October, 2023 and 3rd June, 2023 passed by the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 Digitally signed by KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE Date:

2026.01.16 16:23:05 +0530 respectively rejecting the Application of Petitioner for furlough leave. KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE 2) Learned APP on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, subsequent to the above event, the Petitioner was released on furlough leave on two occasions i.e. on 1st August, 2024 and on 17th April, 2025.
