1) Learned Advocate for Petitioner submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 2nd September 2024 the Petitioner has deposited the said cost of Rs.25,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund, within the stipulated period. A praecipe dated 5th September 2024 along with photocopy of 'Statement of Account' issued by HDFC bank indicating the transfer of cost of Rs.25,000/- in the account of the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund is placed on record.

2) In view thereof, the directions issued by this Court vide Order dated 2nd September 2024 are complied with.

3) Remove from board.
