Learned A.P.P, on instructions, states that in 2 out of 4 cases only one witness is left to be examined. He submits that even otherwise, the cases are of 2021 and that the evidence in all the four cases has commenced and as such, no order is required to expedite the hearing in the said cases.

For the moment, we deem it appropriate to adjourn the petition to 27th January 2025.
