We direct the Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison, to file an affidavit dealing with the issues, as it is claimed that the Petitioner/Convict is categorized to undergo 26 years of rigorous imprisonment, for an offence punishable under Sections 302 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code, for which he came to be convicted on 19.05.1997. Let the affidavit be placed on record by the next week. 3.
