1) In pursuance of Order dated 12th August 2024, the Joint Commissioner of Police (Law & Order), Mumbai, has filed his Affidavit dated 30th August 2024. In the said Affidavit, the steps adopted by the Investigating Agency for tracing out the accused are briefly stated. 2) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner expressed an apprehension that, there is a possibility that, the accused herein being a spurned boyfriend of the Petitioner, may attempt to commit aggravated form of offence. 3) Learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Police Sub-Inspector Mr. Arun Sawant, attached Malvani Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, if the Petitioner intends to appear for further examination, on her Application 1/2
