In terms of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner in Writ Petition No.3434 of 2024 has deposited an Pramod S.Lakare 1/2
4-wp-504-3434-2024-5 with IA.doc amount of Rs.10,80,000/- with the Registry of this Court. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in the main proceedings pending before the Family Court, the respondent in Writ Petition No. 3434 of 2024, I.e, Manisha Ayyagari is permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs.10.80,000/- with accrued interest, if any.

All contentions of the parties including the contention raised in the present petitions are kept open. 4.
The petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.
