CORAM : SARANG V. KOTWAL AND DR. NEELA GOKHALE, JJ.

P.C.:- 1) After arguing for some time on merits of the matter as well as on the ground of settlement, when we expressed our disinclination to grant any relief in this Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Petition. It is also significant to note that the Petitioner's anticipatory bail application was rejected by this Court way back on 21st February 2024 with a reasoned order. In this background, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. Permission is granted. 2) It is made clear that we have not granted any protective 1/2
73-wp-3444-2024.doc order in favour of the Petitioner, however, the Petitioner would be at liberty to adopt appropriate legal proceedings which may be available to him in accordance with law in future.
3) With these observations, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
