1) Ms. Shaikh, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 5th September 2024, the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have deposited the said cost of Rs.75,000/- and 50,000/- respectively with the Army Battle Field Casualties Fund within stipulated period. That, praecipe dated 19th September 2024 and 25th September 2024 filed by the learned Advocates for the respective parties and relevant receipts issued by the concerned Banks indicating that, the said amounts are transferred in the account of Army Battle Field Casualties Fund are annexed therewith.

2) In view thereof, directions issued by Order dated 5th September 2024 are complied with.

3) Remove from board.
