1) Learned counsel for Petitioners submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 20th August 2024, the Petitioners have deposited the said cost of Rs.5,00,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund (for short, "the said Authority") within stipulated period. She submitted that, the praecipes along with copies of receipts of transfer of the said fund in the account of the said Authority are placed on record. She tendered across the bar a chart showing details of payment of costs imposed upon the Petitioners along with necessary receipts in that behalf indicating that the said amount is infact transferred in the account of the said Authority. The same is taken on record.
2) In view thereof, Order dated 20th August 2024 is complied with. 3) Remove from board.
