In Sub Paragraph No.2, on Page No. 9 of order dated 22.08.2024, the following bold portion to be deleted: "Accordingly, we direct to release the petitioner from custody on furnishing bail bond to the satisfaction of the Trial Judge."

The same be corrected to read as under:

"Accordingly, we direct to release the petitioner from custody".

The order stands corrected accordingly. The praecipe stands disposed off.
