After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that permission be granted to withdraw this Petition to pursue the remedy of discharge application before the Trial Court. He made this submission on instructions. 2.

Permission is granted. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The Petitioner is at liberty to prefer an application for discharge before the Trial Court.
