1) At the outset, learned A.P.P. submitted that, investigation of the crime is completed and the Police have filed Chargesheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate (13th Court), Bhoiwada, Mumbai, on 22nd August 2024. That, at the time of filing of Chargesheet, sections 323, 380, 393, 411, 482 and 120-B of the I.P.C. have been applied by the Investigating Agency. 2) As the Police have filed Chargesheet, the Petitioner is having alternate remedy under the provisions of the Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. 3) By reserving alternate remedy in favour of the Petitioner, Petition is disposed off.
