The learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the victim, who was taken in custody being a child in need of care and protection, is a victim of an offence punishable under Section 376(2) and other provisions of Indian Penal Code (IPC) as well as the Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO), is detained with CWC Solapur, despite she having attained majority.

Let Mr.Yagnik, learned APP to take instructions from the CWC Solapur.
