Ms. Ankita Ugalmugale, the learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits that though there is no stay to the order passed by the Sessions Court Nashik in Criminal Appeal No.26 of 2024 as well as the order dated 9th June, 2023, passed by the CJM in PWDVA Appln. No.354 of 2022, the petitioner is not making payment of the maintenance granted by the CJM Court. By way of last chance to the petitioner, list the matter on 27th November, 2025.
