Mr. Khan has placed reliance upon the decision of this Court in case of Mr. Hanumant Choudhary V/s. The State of Maharashtra, in Writ Petition (St) No. 17755 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024 and he would like to draw parallels from the said decision.

However, we direct the learned P.P. to produce before us the record and proceedings of the said Writ Petition including the memorandum panchanama under Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act, as well as the seizure panchanama, which is specifically mentioned in the order dated 25.10.2024. Re-notify to 29.11.2024.
