Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions of the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 i.e. father of the minor child shall hand over the custody of the minor son to the respondent on Thursday i.e. on 22nd August 2024 between 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. at the respondent's residence at Niranarsinhpur, Taluka Indapur. The statement made on behalf of the petitioners is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

Since, the petitioners have agreed to hand over the custody of the minor child to the respondent though this petition was kept for Page no. 1 of 2

902-wp-3535-2024.doc passing orders, I am not inclined to pass any order on merits today. 3.

It is clarified that the minor child will not be accompanied by petitioner nos. 2 and 3 and only petitioner no.1-father shall hand over the custody of the minor child to the respondent. 4.

List the petition under the caption for 'compliance' and further direction on 23rd August 2024.
