Learned counsels for the parties submit that the custody of the minor son is handed over by the petitioner no. 1 to the respondentmother. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 be permitted to meet the minor child in the next week. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions agrees that the petitioner no. 1 will be permitted to meet the minor son on 26th August 2024 anytime in between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at least for 1/3

an hour.

Only the petitioner no. 1 is permitted to meet the minor son. However, it is clarified that since the petitioner no. 1 is hearing and speech disabled, he will be permitted to be accompanied by any of his friends. Considering the dispute between the parties, it is clarified that petitioner nos. 2 and 3 or any other family members shall not accompany the petitioner no. 1.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is presently residing on the following address: R/at: C/o Ravindra Rajaram Jadhav Datta Wadi, Naregaon, Near Datta Mandir, Hinjewadi, Pune - 411 057.

Hence, the petitioner no. 1 will be permitted to meet the child at the aforesaid address, at least for one hour anytime in between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

In the meantime, the parties are at liberty to exchange their offers for an amicable settlement.

It is further clarified that the respondent will permit the petitioner 2/3

no. 1 to meet the minor son in a free environment. 9.

List the petition for recording compliance and further directions on 27th August 2024.
