Learned counsels for the parties on instructions submit that the petitioner no.1 has availed the access and met the minor child as directed by the earlier order. Learned counsels for the parties further submit that petitioner no. 1 and respondent are agreeable to explore possibility of an amicable settlement. They request that the parties be referred for mediation.

Learned counsels for the parties on instructions further submit that the parties would prefer to attend mediation meetings in Mumbai.

Parties are referred to the Main Mediation Centre High Court,

33-WP-3535-24.doc Bombay for appointment of appropriate Mediator for conducting mediation meetings in Mumbai.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall intimate this order to the Main Mediation Centre.

In the meantime, the parties agreed that petitioner no.1 shall be permitted to meet the minor son on every Sunday in between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at least for one hour at the respondent's residence.

It is clarified that respondent shall accompany the child at the time of access. It is further clarified that the respondent shall provide a free environment for petitioner no.1 to meet the child at the time of access.

It is further clarified that petitioner no.1 is permitted to be accompanied by any of his friends. It is further clarified that petitioner nos. 2 and 3 will not accompany petitioner no.1 at the time of access.

To be listed on 24th September 2024 under the caption "for settlement".
