P.C. :

1.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondents.

2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Court has passed the order dated 27th August, 2024 (Coram: Gauri Godse, J.). In the said order, the permission was granted to Petitioner No.1 to meet the child on every Sunday in between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Respondent's residence. If this Court permits, Petitioner No.2 and 3 could meet their grandson along with Petitioner No.1, this petition can be disposed of.

Learned counsel for Respondent submits that the appropriate order be passed.

4.

I have heard both learned counsel. As this Court has already permitted Petitioner No.1 to meet the minor son on every Sunday in between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, the petitioners are seeking relief to allow Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 to meet their grandson with the Petitioner No.1 within prescribed time. I do not find hurdle to grant this permission, as the Petitioners are grand parents of the minor son. Hence, permission granted.

5.

In view of submissions of learned counsel for the Petitioners, the writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. 6.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits the liberty be given to the Petitioners to file appropriate proceedings in respect of getting custody of minor son. Liberty granted. 7.

All contentions of both the parties are kept open. ( SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) Shantanu Dhudum 2/2
