P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Parbat, PSI attached to MIDC Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, the investigation of the present crime is completed and charge-sheet is ready to be filed. However in view of ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 20th August, 2024, charge-sheet could not be filed till today. He submitted that, if the permission is granted, the charge-sheet will be filed within a period of one week from today.

2) In view thereof, ad-interim relief granted on 20th August, 2024, is vacated with immediate effect.

3) Stand over to 19th August, 2025.
