A learned Single Judge by order dated 12th July 2024 directed that an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- be transferred in the account of the Respondent No.1. However, it appears that as the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 has given incorrect account number, the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/- has been transferred to the account of some third person. However, it is an admitted position that the said third person has re-transferred the said amount of Rs. Rs.1,00,000/- to the Petitioner. Sonali

Accordingly, the Petitioner to deposit the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in this Court within a period of two weeks from today.
