Despite informing the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant that prayer is defective, in the sense, prayer indicates that charge be quashed under section 4,8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, learned Counsel tried to argue that charge-sheet needs to be quashed. In fact, there is no charge framed.
