On 8th August, 2025, we had passed the following order :- "At the request of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, list this matter on 11th August, 2025 after the fresh admissions are over, for passing order."

The learned APP submits that an additional investigation was carried out and a supplementary chargesheet was filed. Now the charges have been framed on 4th October, 2024, below Exhibit-5. Plea is also recorded below Exhibit-6. The said case No.PW/5700670/2021, is pending before the learned Divisional Magistrate First Class, 57th Court, at Kurla. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the charge has already been framed and the plea is already recorded. 4.

The case of the Petitioner would be covered by Neeta Singh & Ors. V/s. The State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors., delivered in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 13578 of 2024, dated 15th October, 2024.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 6.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that one more Criminal Writ Petition No.3591 of 2024, is pending. It is not on board today. The said matter can be taken on board and can be disposed off. In view of the above request, the said Petition is taken on board.
