P.C.:- 1) Despite service and an opportunity granted on an earlier occasion, Respondent No.2 is not present.

2) Learned APP, on instructions from Mr. Sandip S. Patil, HC No. 346, Karad Taluka Police Station, Karad, District Satara, submitted that, investigation of the present crime is completed. However, in view of the adinterim relief granted by Order dated 22nd August 2024, the charge-sheet could not be filed before the jurisdictional Court till date. That, the said charge-sheet will be filed within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

3) As the police have completed investigation, we permit the 1/2

WP 3593-24.doc Investigating Agency to file charge-sheet before the jurisdictional Court. 4) Petitioners are granted liberty to amend Petition to annex the copy of charge-sheet and to incorporate its challenge in the pleadings and prayer clauses. The said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the charge-sheet. 5) Stand over to 11th August 2025.

6) Till the returnable date, all further proceedings arising out of C.R.No.312 of 2024 registered with Karad Taluka Police Station, District Satara, are stayed.
