By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation to another officer and directions to conduct a fair investigation, to seize the car involved in the said case and also to retrieve the CCTV footage.

Several orders have been passed in the aforesaid petition from time to time.

In fact, a new Investigating Officer has been appointed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police in view of the observations made by us in one of the orders. The new Investigating Officer has filed supplementary charge-sheet in the said case on 26th August, 2024. 4.

Learned A.P.P states that the car has also been seized during the investigation and the CCTV footage has also been retrieved. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration. Petition stands disposed of.
