At the outset, Mr. Aabad Ponda and Mr. D. P. Singh, the learned senior counsels appearing for the petitioner-Companies seek permission to file additional affidavits which according to them are quite relevant to controvert the stand taken on behalf of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) that prior to registering the Preliminary Enquiry dated 31st March 2022 there was no other Enquiry/Preliminary Enquiry conducted by the CBI. 2.

Permission is granted with a direction to serve a copy thereof to Mr. Kuldeep Patil, the learned counsel for the CBI. 3.
