The Petitioners are said to have filed the FIR No.0232 of 2024 with the Chaturshringi Police Station, Pune City on 10th March, 2024 at 20:48 hrs. Respondent No.2 is said to have registered the FIR on the same date, i.e., 10th March, 2024, bearing No.0233 of 2024, with the same Police Station, at 23:18 hrs. 2.

We expressed our disinclination. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Petition with liberty to either file a proceeding for discharge or move this Court jointly, if all the parties come together and settle their dispute, for quashing both the FIR Nos.0232 of 2024 and 0233 of 2024.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.

If the Petitioners desire to avail of a remedy, as may be permissible in law, for discharge, after charge-sheet is filed, all contentions are kept open and the withdrawal of this Petition would not be an impediment. In the event, all these parties come together and settle their dispute and approach this Court jointly for quashing of both the FIRs, withdrawal of this Petition would not be an impediment and all contentions are kept open.
