P.C. :

1) Present Petition is a classic example of, how the informant abuses the process of law.

The Petitioner herein is the first informant in CR No. 526 of 2015 registered with Ghatkopar Police Station, Mumbai, under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The investigation of the same is completed and the police have filed chargesheet. The informant now has taken a somersault and has filed present Petition for quashing of the crime lodged by herself.

2) Perusal of F.I.R. indicates that, the Petitioner has made serious allegations against the Respondents herein and therefore the Police have investigated the said crime diligently and filed chargesheet. 1/2
