P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 27th August 2024, the Petitioners have deposited the said cost of Rs.20,000/- with Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund within stipulated period. That, a praecipe dated 13th September 2024 along with photocopies of letters dated 12th September 2024 issued by Maharashtra Gramin Bank, Koyali Branch, Aurangabad indicating that, the said amount of Rs.10,000/- each is transferred in the account of Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund is produced on record. 2) In view thereof, directions issued by Order dated 27th August 2024 are complied with.
