3) By the present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the husband and father-in-law of the Respondent No.2 are seeking relief of quashment of C. C. No. PW/558/2024 pending on the file of Judicial 1/2

No.I-0261 of 2024, dated 23rd May 2024, registered with Mulund Police Station, Mumbai, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, with the consent of Respondent No2, the informant. 4) Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.2 tendered across the bar her Affidavit dated 25th June 2025, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. It is stated therein that, the Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2 have amicably resolved all disputes between them. That, Respondent No.2 has settled all her disputes and differences with the Petitioners. In para No.4 thereof, she has stated that she has no grievance against the Petitioners. The Respondent No.2 has given her consent for quashing of the crime in question.

4.1) Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 25th June 2025 and her 'No Objection' for quashing of crime in question. 5) In view thereof, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
