By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R. No. 422 of 2024 with the Khadakpada Police Station, Kalyan for the offences punishable under Section 341, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(g), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, learned Addl.P.P. on instruction states that during the pendency of the petition, chargesheet has been filed.

In view of the statement made by Mr. KondeDeshmukh, learned Addl.P.P., learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the FIR and Chargesheet. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear that we have not heard the petition on merits and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits open.
