P.C.:- 1) Praecipe dated 5th September 2024 is circulated by learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 for speaking to the minutes of Order dated 29th August 2024. He submitted that, though infact the Respondent No. 2 was personally present in the Court, inadvertently this Court in paragraph no. 5 has observed as under :
"Although the Respondent No. 2 was not present in the Court, Mr. Thokal on instructions reiterates the statements made in the affidavit. Mr. Patil states that, till date the chargesheet is not filed. We accept the statements made in the Affidavit submitted on 29th August 2024."

2) Learned Advocate for the Petitioners concedes to the fact that, the Respondent No. 2 was infact present in the Court on 29th August 2024. 2.1) In view thereof, paragraph no. 5 of the Order dated 29th August 2024 is substituted as under :
"The Respondent No. 2 is personally present in the Court and through his Advocate reiterates the contents and statements made in his Affidavit submitted on 29th August 2024 and his 'no objection' for quashing of the crime in question. Mr. Patil states that, till date the chargesheet is not filed. We accept the statements."
3) Order dated 29th August 2024 be corrected accordingly and a corrected Order be uploaded on the official website of the Bombay High Court.
