Advocate for the Petitioner has filed on record a praecipe dated 19th September 2024 along with photocopies of counterfoils issued by the IDBI Bank indicating that, the said amount of Rs.50,000/- and Rs.30,000/- respectively, are deposited by the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund.

2) In view thereof, the directions issued by this Court vide Order dated 30th August 2024 are complied with.
