1) Mr. Mihir Gheewala, learned counsel appearing for Petitioner on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner will come from Chicago, United States of America to Mumbai on 25th September 2024 and will appear before the Judicial Magistrate First Class (Court No.2.), Shivaji Nagar, Pune on or before 27th September 2024. He submitted that, for any unforeseen reason which is beyond the control of the Petitioner, if he could not appear before the trial Court on or before 27th September 2024, in any eventuality, he will appear before the trial Court on or before 4th October 2024. The said statement is accepted.

The Petitioner shall report to this Court about his attending trial Court on or before 4th October 2024, on 7th October 2024. 3) The Senior Inspector of Police of the Koregaon Park Police Station, Pune, is directed to communicate present Order to all the concerned at the Airport to facilitate the Petitioner to enter India via Mumbai Airport, to enable him to attend the trial Court as noted above. 4) Stand over to 7th October 2024.
