On 2nd September 2024, whilst issuing notice to respondent No.2, this Court directed that the investigation of the crime to continue, however, chargesheet not to be filed without the leave of the Court.

Learned APP on instructions states that investigation is complete and that the police are in a position to file chargesheet within two weeks from today. Statement accepted. 3.
Accordingly, the interim relief granted vide order dated 2nd September 2024, stands vacated. In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the Petitioner also seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition challenging the FIR and chargesheet. The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 4.
We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
