The present Writ Petition impugns an order dated 9 th January 2024 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur in Regular Criminal Appeal No.59 of 2023 and presses that the order dated 13 th March 2023 passed by the J.M.F.C. be restored.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner has invited my attention to the impugned order and amongst the others pointed out that the same records that there was cohabitation between the Petitioner and Mugdha

2 12-WP 3767-24.doc Respondent No.1 and further submits that the order of the J.M.F.C. was a well reasoned order and thus warrants interference by this Court in the present Writ Petition.

Hence, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 2 nd December 2024.
