The petitioner appears in-person. He has tendered his affidavit dated 25th November, 2025. The same is taken on record. In the said affidavit, the petitioner has categorically stated that he wants to withdraw the petition, since it was filed without his consent. He has further stated in the affidavit that he had sent an official mail to 1/3

Advocate Mr. Hulyalkar, requesting him to withdraw the petition, however, despite multiple reminders, whatsapp messages and communications, the said petition was not withdrawn. He has further stated in the affidavit, that the petition was filed without taking his signature and without his consent and was filed on the basis of the vakalatnamas taken from the petitioner to file his bail application. He has also stated that the vakalatnama was signed by him not for filing the aforeaid petition in this Court. The said affidavit is taken on record and marked 'X' for Identification.

The petitioner who appears in person, seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when the occasion so arises. Leave granted. 3.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 4.

Needless to state that we have not heard the petition on merits and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open. 2/3

having perused the averments made in the affidavit and on hearing the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to send a copy of the affidavit alongwith a copy of this petition to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, so as to enable them to take further steps and necessary action in this matter.

Registry to forward a copy of this order to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, with above directions.
