Learned APP pointed out that, in this case, not only the charge-sheet is filed but even the discharge application preferred by the petitioner was rejected by the Magistrate's court. When this was pointed out to the Petitioner, he agrees with the same. He seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order rejecting his discharge application. 2.
