We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate on behalf of the Petitioners and the learned A.P.P. on behalf of the State. With their assistance, we have perused the FIR and the 1/3
documents placed on record.

Insofar as the abuse as regards the caste of the Complainant, she has stated that the Accused had uttered the words " निचजातीचेलोक आहाततुम्ही".

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 5th March, 2025. The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.

In the event the charge-sheet is filed, we would expect the learned Trial Court to adjourn the said proceedings in relation to FIR No. 0063, dated 8th February, 2023 registered with Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Thane City, until the returnable date. 5.
Copies of the above two Writ Petition paper-books for serving the Respondents, shall be tendered on or before 31st January, 2025, failing which, these Writ Petitions would be dismissed without further reference to the Court, on 1st February, 2025. 6.
Office objections, if any, to be removed on or before 10th 2/3
