3) Record prima facie indicates that Mr. Kunal Anilbhai Gupta was/is the proprietor of the Comet Textile who purchased goods mentioned in the First Information Report from the Respondent No.2. The Petitioners herein are wife and father of Mr. Kunal Gopta and they do not have any 1/2

4) In view thereof, till the returnable date, the investigation of the crime to continue, however the Investigating Agency shall not file chargesheet, qua the Petitioners, without prior leave of this Court.
