In para No.4.5 thereof, it is stated as under :- "In addition to above, we want to mention that the above calculation of scrap qty / scrap sale has been made on the basis of information received from above mentioned 5 customers only (Refer Exhibit 5). However, the requested information from three customers, viz, Volvo, Kirloskar and Tata Motors Passengers, is awaited as on date." 2) Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for Petitioners submitted that, as far as the requisite information pertaining to the customers of the Petitioners i.e. 1/2
