The petitioner-husband and respondent No.3-wife agree to go to the concerned bank for return of the amount which is surplus N. S. Chitnis 1/2

908-wp.3938.2024.doc with the bank and which is due and payable to the parties. 3.

The petitioner-husband states that whatever amount is due to him, he will give no objection to the bank for transfer of the same in the name of the respondent No.3-wife. He further states that the balance amount to make up Rs.12 lakhs will be deposited by him directly into the account of the respondent No.3-wife, within two weeks from today. Statements accepted.
