Pursuant to our order dated 8th October 2025, the petitioner is present before us. He states that he will transfer an amount of Rs.5,000/- directly into the account of the respondent No.3 towards the incovenience caused to the respondent No.3 and for her travelling expenses incurred yesterday. The said amount of Rs.5,000/- to be transferred into the account of the respondent No.3 today during N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that what is due and payable by the petitioner is a sum of Rs.47 lakhs. 3.

We in order to test the bonafides of the petitioner have asked the petitioner to transfer presently an amount of Rs.12 lakhs into the account of the respondent No.3. Accordingly the petitioner to transfer an amount of Rs.12 lakhs directly into the account of the respondent No.3 i.e. Rs.7 lakhs (lying with the bank) and the balance sum Rs.5 lakhs to make up the amount of Rs.12 lakhs. The same to be done by the petitioner before the next date.

Stand over to 14th October 2025. To be listed on Supplementary Board. The petitioner to remain present before us on the next date.
