2) In view thereof, Dr. Warunjikar learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to contest C.C.No.1081/PW/2017 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, (Court No.65) Andheri, Mumbai.
