1) This Petition was called out for hearing at about 4.30 p.m. The Advocate appearing on behalf of Petitioner submitted that, the Advocate on record Mr. Shinde is held up before another Bench and sought an adjournment.

1.1) Perusal of record indicates that, there are two Advocates on record and therefore this Court inquired with the concerned Advocate, as to why the other Advocate is not appearing.

1.2) We perused the record and noticed that, in the present case, charge-sheet is already filed. We therefore had asked the concerned Advocate 1/2

dtg 79-Wp-3991-2024.doc to take instructions, as to whether the Petitioner would like to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court. The concerned Advocate requested this Court to keep back this matter and be call out at the end of the board to enable him to take necessary instructions from Advocate Mr. Shinde.

1.3) It be noted here that, the concerned Advocate has not given his name/appearance to the Sheristedar of this Court. 1.4) At the end of the board, at about 4.58 p.m., the Petition was again called out, when none appears for the Petitioner. 2) It appears that, the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Petition.

2.1) Dismissed for want of prosecution.
