This petition takes an exception to the order passed by the learned Magistrate under the proceedings initiated under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. There is a substantive appeal provided under section 29. Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate appeal as permissible in law.

It is clarified that, I have not examined the rival contentions of the parties on merits. Hence, all contentions of both the parties on merits are kept open.
