This petition is filed for seeking direction to expedite the hearing of the complainant filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Learned counsel for the petitioner has annexed the copy of the roznama. I have perused the roznama. The proceedings are pending for cross-examination of the complainant. A perusal of the roznama indicates that the next date is kept on 30th September 2024.

On perusal of the petition, and considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, I do not find that there are any Page no. 1 of 2

Hence, in view of the legal principles settled by the Hon'ble Apex Court, in the case of High Court Bar Association, Allahabad Vs. State of U.P. and Ors1, I do not see any reason to pass any order as prayed in the petition.

Writ Petition is dismissed.
